PocketPounds is a UK based bookmark directory, email newsletter, and blog covering my efforts in trying to earn a few extra £'s — from completing surveys through to playing free mobile games. While there are plenty of survey sites and apps available, PocketPounds only lists services that I have personally tried, actively participate in, or have used in the past.

Many survey sites and apps out there offer essentially the same experience: a long list of surveys, often from the same "survey routers," accompanied by payment values and estimated completion times. Unfortunately, these often leads to long lists of pre-screening questions & frustrating disqualifications after investing time.

For a site to be listed on the PocketPounds bookmark directory, it needs to offer more than the standard fare of survey routers. If my application to join a site is rejected, it won’t be listed either, because I won't know what the service I am linking to is like.
